Terms of Use

These terms are between you (the parent or legal guardian) and the publisher of Zuolingo (Passionfusion; company registration pending).

  1. Who may use it. Zuolingo is for families in India. The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Children aged 3 to 11 use the app only through the parent's account and under the parent's supervision. By creating an account you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and you consent to the use of your child's limited data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. Free, no ads. The app is free to use. It has no advertising and no in-app purchases. If paid plans are introduced later, they will be sold only to parents, behind an adult check, and never shown to children.
  3. Your content. Upload only pages from books and notebooks you are allowed to photograph for personal study. Do not upload photos of people. You keep your rights in your content and give us permission to process it only to provide the app's features.
  4. Safety. Parents are responsible for supervising screen time. Parent-only areas (settings, deleting the account, sharing, links that leave the app) are protected by a PIN and an adult quiz; keep the PIN private. Class-notes sharing never includes a child's name or photo and needs parent approval for children's shares.
  5. Learning aids. Reading, practice and feedback are produced by software, including AI, and may sometimes be wrong. Zuolingo supports, and does not replace, a teacher.
  6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or attack the app or its servers.
  7. Deleting your account. You can delete your account and all family data at any time in Settings, Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
  8. As is. The app is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent allowed by law. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
  9. Governing law. Laws of India apply; courts in India have jurisdiction.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms; for material changes we will tell you in the app.
